Our services comprise (re)architecting Apps with Cloud-Native practice, deploying/migrating Apps to Cloud Platform, integrating DevSecOps solutions, and Managing Cloud operations as well as Cloud Cost Optimization. Roles and Responsibilities

The position is directly reported to the Head of Business Development. You are expected to be responsible for the following:

  • Co-develop annual sales plan with the executive team to ensure that the responsible sales revenue targets are met. 
  • Discuss the high level requirement with clients to determine the potential solutions that can be addressed.
  • Work with a solution consulting team to develop the technical proposal. 
  • Coordinate with a solution consulting team to present and demonstrate solution features.
  • Negotiate service agreements and prices with clients.
  • Develop and maintain a long term relationship with new clients and key accounts.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in any field (Computer, Telecommunication or IT would be an advantage).
  • Experience in minimum 3 years related sales experience in one of IT fields following:
    • Software house
    • Cloud Solutions (AWS and/or Azure)
    • Cloud Native-Application solution
    • DevOps/DevSecOps
  • Good understanding of how Cloud Solutions, Cloud Native-Applications, Microservices and DevOps/DevSecOps can solve business challenges or enhance the business competitiveness.
  • Solid connections with key decision makers of clients will be a big plus.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Responding to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional look with a pleasant personality.
  • Creative, initiative, proactive, goal-oriented, and customer oriented.
  • Be Enthusiastic to learn new technologies.
  • Good command of English will be a plus.

Senior DevSecOps Engineer

With the exponential growth, we are looking for a new friend who shares the same passion and expects to work and learn in a fun but professional environment to join our Service Delivery team as  “Senior DevSecOps Engineer”.

Roles and responsibilities

The position is directly reported to the Head of Technology and Service Delivery. You are expected to be responsible for the following:

  • Implement automation processes and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD) which is designed by having best practices in mind with various technologies, for example, GitHub Action, CircleCI (or GitLab CI).
  • Create and maintain IaC (infrastructure as a code) which will be developed primarily by using Helm, Terraform, and ansible.
  • Implement and operate Kubernetes.
  • Troubleshoot the technical issues and figure out the proper solution to fix.
  • Develop project documentation for project handover.
  • Supervise junior engineers by providing guidance/suggestions. Ensure that they can complete their tasks on-time and meet the expected standard of quality.
  • Involve and share ideas in DevSecOps and Cloud-Native Apps architecture designing process with the Manager.
  • Research and conduct POC for new technologies. Evaluate for strategic adoption.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer or IT related fields.
  • *Minimum two years of experience in DevOps engineering role.
  • *Good understanding of software development life cycle.
  • *Good knowledge of CI/CD toolchains, e.g. GitHub Action, ArgoCD, Helm.
  • *Experience with security scanning tools, e.g. Snyk, Trivy, SonarCloud, SonarQube, or other similar tools.
  • *Experience or has a good knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code (IaC), such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.
  • *Experience in observability tools, for example, EFK stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • *Good understanding of Kubernetes, and container technologies.
  • Familiar with performance testing tools and able to integrate with the CI/CD pipeline.
  • *Familiar with Linux and comfortable working with command-line tools.
  • *Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • *Good communication skills.
  • Familiar with hyper-scaler cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Cloud Vendor or Kubernetes-related Certificates.
  • Experience in a team leading position.
  • *Willing to learn new technologies with self-learning methodology.
